Hi Charles - while I did once work in investment manager, I don't have great instincts for stock picking. That being said, if you were interested how to think about this theme, Humana (followed by United) is the most exposed to the ups and downs of MA, and you would probably want to have a point of view about what the stock market investors think will happen with MA and what valuation is priced in vs. not. I have not looked into this at all to be honest.
